Malik Ahmad Jalal is a dedicated advocate for equitable health services research and a recognized leader in public health and health policy. With a background in economics, finance, and social entrepreneurship, he has been at the forefront of initiatives aimed at addressing systemic and structural barriers in healthcare.Having earned his Masters in Development Economics from Harvard Kennedy School of Government and Chartered Accountant credentials from the ICAEW in the UK, he brings economic expertise with a deep understanding of financial systems across industries. His dedication to shaping the future of health services research is evident through his active involvement in social entrepreneurship, serving as the Chairman of the Board for Junior Achievement Worldwide in Pakistan, and through his extensive published works on health policy and entrepreneurship.

Head Instructor: Maleeha

Maleeha is a dedicated healthcare professional with a mission to seamlessly integrate clinical expertise with management finesse. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory and Critical Care, earning the prestigious Medalist title from Dow University. Complementing her clinical foundation, Maleeha pursued post-graduation in Hospital Management from the Institute of Health Management and Science. Currently, she is furthering her academic pursuits by undertaking an MS in Healthcare Project Management, supported by a fully funded scholarship from Muhammad Ali Jinnah University. Maleeha is not only committed to academic excellence but also ensures the highest standards of patient care, holding certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). With her rich educational background and hands-on experience, Maleeha brings a wealth of knowledge to our institution, guiding and inspiring the next generation of healthcare professionals at CCI.

Instructor: Osman

Muhammad Usman an Emergency Trauma Surgical Treatment provider, Usman brings a wealth of practical experience to our training programs. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Operation Theatre Technology from the University of Health Sciences (UHS) and is a certified Surgical Technologist from the Armed Forces Post Graduate Medical Institute (AFPGMI) in the Army Medical Corps. Usman’s background extends beyond healthcare as a Trained Soldier with Basic Military Training, showcasing his commitment to discipline and excellence. His expertise encompasses General Surgery, Laparoscopic Surgery, Daycare Surgery, and Gyne and Lap Diagnostic Surgeries. Additionally, Usman serves as an instructor in Diploma Courses, imparting his knowledge and skills to the next generation of healthcare professionals. He holds certifications in NBCD (Nuclear Biological Chemical Defence) War, Emergency Medical Treatment (EMT), Disaster Management Care, and Basic Life Support (BLS), reinforcing his dedication to ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety. With Usman’s comprehensive background and commitment to excellence, CCI students are in capable hands as they navigate the intricacies of surgical healthcare.
